The race for New York Governor is of course one of the most important elections this coming fall.  

Governor David Paterson, who took office as Lieutenant Governor on January 1, 2007, announced on February 26, 2010, that he would not be a candidate in this race and seek a full term in office.

The Guilderland Democratic Committee has endorsed Andrew Cuomo, who currently serves at New York State Attorney General, as the Democratic Candidate for New York Gubernatorial Election.
