New York State Assembly

Members New York State Assembly serve two-year terms.  There are no limits on the number of terms one may serve.

The number of members in the Assembly is determined by the population of the state from the U.S. Federal Census. The current number of State Senators is 150.

The Guilderalnd Democratic Commitee has endorsed encumbant Democrat Jack McEneny.
