As your Receiver of Taxes I'm responsible for collecting property and school taxes, collecting town water and sewer payments, and responding to all tax inquiries from the public.

Admitedly, this is probably not your favorite place to visit at Town Hall, so since my first election to this office I have strived to provide the residents of Guilderland with highest quality service and professionalism to make paying your taxes as easy as possible.

For instance, while serving as your Reciever of Taxes we have:

• Brought Internet access to tax and office information
• Allow for Online Payments
• Extended office hours during tax collections
• Established satellite locations to pay taxes
• Established a 24 hour accessible payment "drop-off lock box" at Town Hall
