The Town of Guilderland currently has two serving Justices, both of whom are Democrats.  One of each of the Town Justices run every two years for a four year term. 

Judge Denise Randall and was re-elected in the fall of 2009.  Judge John Bailey will be up for election in the Fall of 2011.

Traffic Court is held every Monday at 5:30 p.m.
Civil Court / Small Claims is held every Monday at 6:00 p.m.
Criminal Court is held every Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Court is held as scheduled except on holidays.
