The Office of Guilderland Town Supervisor, currently held by Democrat Kenneth Runion, is a 2-year term and the next election is in the fall of 2011.

The Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day functions and operations of all town departments and offices. The Supervisor also acts as the Chief Financial Officer for the Town and chairs the Town Board Meetings.
