Virgina Horan Community Service Award was originally established by Bill Aylward in May 1991 in memory of Virigina Horan, the Town’s first Democratic Town Member. The award is presented at the Annual Guilderland Town Dinner. Below is a list of all of the very well deserving recipients of the award.
